Hire conditions
BRIEF FOREWORD

Before you drive your hired vehicle and when you return it later, please check the condition of the vehicle carefully. Any damage that is present and not shown on the hire letter may be charged to you in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in the letter and in the general terms and conditions of hire.

In the event you are fined while using the hired vehicle, we recommend that you pay it before the end of the hire period, handing over a copy of the fine and the payment receipt. Failing this, or in the case of fines that are confirmed in the absence of an immediate contestation, Tourist Service di Michele Coniglio will, after receiving the fine, proceed to notify the driver of the hired vehicle. In these cases, an additional charge shall be made, as indicated in more detail in the general conditions. Tourist Service di Michele Coniglio reserves the right to take any action to recover the credit in accordance with article 196 of the Italian Highway Code.

In the event that your vehicle is not in a condition to continue driving safely, after a breakdown or accident, we recommend you contact Tourist Service di Michele Coniglio immediately, using the numbers provided.

In the event of total or partial theft of the vehicle or loss of the keys, you must file a report within 24 hours of the event and send it to Tourist Service di Michele Coniglio. The original copy of the report must then be handed over within the next 24 hours to Tourist Service di Michele Coniglio. Failing this, any limitations or exemptions from liability that may have been signed shall not apply.

The use of Tourist Service di Michele Coniglio's vehicles abroad is permitted, subject to authorisation by the company, exclusively in the countries and under the conditions specified in the general terms and conditions.
